We aim to display accurate product descriptions, images and pricing. However, product prices and availability may change without prior notice, and we do not guarantee that every product shown is currently in stock. Where applicable, taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with applicable law.

If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding, and you'll have the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Any offers, discounts or promotional codes are valid only for the period and conditions stated at the time they are offered.

Placing an order on this website is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

You may request to cancel an order in accordance with our Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, though our returns process may still apply.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include prepaid options such as UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking, processed through Shopify-supported payment providers such as Razorpay. Cash on Delivery (COD), where enabled, is offered subject to eligibility checks and may not be available for all locations or order values.

All payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your card, UPI or net banking credentials — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Shipping charges, delivery estimates and delivery locations are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, and may be affected by courier delays, remote locations, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns, exchanges and refunds — including for damaged, defective or incorrect products — are handled in accordance with our Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and product photography — is owned by or licensed to Boutique of Pashtuns and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the site's normal operation. If you create a customer account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Boutique of Pashtuns is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located there.
